Consider the new healthcare business or service line that you described in the Discussion Board (DB) assignment this week. Use any or all concepts over the course of this class to assist with developing the financial analysis of your new business or service line.

* Use bar graphs, diagrams, or any other visual aid to enhance PowerPoint. 

* Be substantive and clear, and use examples to reinforce your ideas. 

Create a PowerPoint presentation that includes the following:

• Description of the new healthcare business or service line
• Definition of the four areas of the SWOT analysis
  • Provide examples of the type of information in each section of the SWOT analysis.
• A comprehensive SWOT analysis on the internal and external environment for the service line or new business that you plan to open

Discuss a healthcare business or new service line for an existing healthcare facility that you would like to open. Address the following:

• Provide a brief description of your new business or service line.
• Outline and discuss the economic and market forces that will affect this business.
  • Consider items such as demographic, social, reimbursement, and local regulatory factors.

 Diagnosis:  Major Depression 

• Recommend one FDA-approved drug, one off-label drug, and one nonpharmacological intervention for treating Major Depression Disorder in children and adolescents.
• Explain the risk assessment you would use to inform your treatment decision making. 
• What are the risks and benefits of the FDA-approved medicine? 
• What are the risks and benefits of the off-label drug?
• Explain whether clinical practice guidelines exist for Major Depression Disorder and, if so, use them to justify your recommendations. If not, explain what information you would need to take into consideration.
• Support your reasoning with at least three scholarly resources, one each on the FDA-approved drug, the off-label, and a non-medication intervention for the disorder. Attach the PDFs of your sources.

4. Findings (2-3 slides) 
   1. Present the findings of the Literature Summary ATTACHED BELOW.

   1. Based on your literature review, what are your recommendations [implement practice change or conduct additional research]?

End-of-life care becomes an issue at some point for elderly patients. Discuss the difference between palliative care and hospice care programs. Discuss what you can do as a nurse to support your patients regarding end-of-life care in accordance with their wishes. Explain the use of advance directives versus Physician Order for Life Sustaining Treatment (POLST) and their legal implications when providing care for elderly patients.

You are a Home Health RN who is making an initial visit to the home of an elderly couple to assess and develop a plan of care. Mr. Juarez, an 88-year-old man, broke his right tibia due to a fall. He was recently discharged from a skilled rehabilitation center where he had developed a catheter-associated urinary tract infection (CAUTI) from his indwelling urinary catheter. The infection has resolved, and he has now been discharged home with an indwelling urinary catheter. He remains in a cast and has graduated to limited use of crutches but is still unable to perform routine activities of daily living (ADLs).You will be coming to the home once a week.
