Description

· This assignment requires you to create a PowerPoint slide deck of 20 slides with narration (approximately 30-45 minute presentation).

· Your presentation should advocate for the need for HRM. The first two chapters of Slitzer and Dowell (2009) should assist in the creation of this presentation.

Once you have chosen the organization, analyze the use of ROI and the impact that it has within the organization. In addition, argue the continued need for ROI to be used within the organization. Furthermore, assess how technology has impacted the use of ROI and predict the changes that may occur in the future.
