1. Open the start file CentralSierra-02.xlsx workbook. If the workbook opens in Protected View, click the Enable Editing button so you can modify it. The file will be renamed automatically to include your name. Change the project file name if directed to do so by your instructor, and save it.
2. Select the Tables sheet, select cells A6:B10, and create range names using the Create from Selection button [Formulas tab, Defined Names group].
3. Select cells B1:F2 and click the Name box. Name the selection H_Rates. Note that the first row is arranged in ascending order.
4. Create an HLOOKUP function to display the bonus rate.
   1. Click the Commissions sheet tab and select cell F5.
   2. Start the HLOOKUP function and use cell E5 as the lookup_value.
   3. For the table_array argument, use the H_Rates range.

1. Your homework (HW) is to watch a movie and take some notes! 

   Movie Title: Invictus 
   Rated: PG-13, so you may be able to make it a family experience 6 step problem solving model

   As you watch, take notes on points in the movie that show: 

   1. What important problem did Mandela face, and who was impacted by it?
   2. What might have been the causes of that problem?
   3. What did he try in order to solve it or mitigate it (make it better)
   4. What was the ultimate solution he came to?
   5. How did he implement it?
   6. What are the ways you know it worked?
   7. DO NOT write AFTER the movie! You can pause to take notes
      (If English is not your first language, you can take all or part of your notes in your first language!)

For this assignment learners will use the Ivy Tech library resources and the Internet to do research on vulnerabilities associated with  a specific OS (e,g. Windows, Linux, etc), network device (Switches, Routers, IDS, etc), or other non-computer technology device (Raspberry PI, RFID, USB).

You must choose one specific subject area to write your paper.  For example, ‘USB’ is not specific. ‘RFID’ is not specific. 3com USB vulnerabilities IS specific. RFID vulnerabilities in Credit Cards IS specific.

You should have 3-5 pages of written text in addition to your cover page and reference pages. Use in-text citations when paraphrasing and quoting sources to avoid plagiarism.
