The project assignment provides a forum for analyzing and evaluating relevant topics for this week on the basis of the course competencies covered.
Introduction
In the previous lecture, you were gathering some preliminary information in order to decide on the best approach to align the employees with a performance management plan. This is the second phase of the assessment.
Tasks
- Evaluate two measures for the performance management system.
- Analyze the key components for measuring results.
- Analyze the key components for measuring behavior.
- Assess the process to gather performance information.
