In recent years, many widespread infectious disease outbreaks have occurred. Some of these diseases have been domestic epidemics (measles, hepatitis, etc.) and others have been of global concern (Coronavirus, Ebola, H1N1, etc.). Preventing the spread of infectious disease is everyone’s responsibility.
1) What can you do on a day-to-day basis to prevent the spread of disease in your home, in your workplace, and public areas?
2) Regardless of methods to decrease spread of infectious diseases, pathogens are everywhere. Would it make sense to focus on strengthening your own immune system to increase the effectiveness of which it can handle exposure to these pathogens? If so, what are some ways in which you could do this?
