1. Initial posting – Health history and physical assessment varies per system and per age of the patient. There are three scenarios listed below. Choose ONE of the scenarios and discuss all of the pertinent history you would ask as a  nurse taking care of this patient. Informatics in the Clinical Setting

Conduct an interview with someone in an informatics role in a clinical setting. Then, in a Microsoft Word document of 5-6 pages formatted in APA style, discuss each of the following criteria:
