 Description

You are working as the manager of a multispecialty clinic. You have been notified that a patient has filed a lawsuit against one of your physicians who has terminated a relationship with a patient. Executive management has asked you to prepare a memo that should describe whether a patient can make a successful claim for a breach of contract in this case. Ensure to use evidence to back up your stance on whether you agree that the patient has a case or not.

In this 5–7-page memo, discuss whether the physician–patient relationship is a contract and what needs to be shown for a breach of contract to have occurred.

A SOAP note is a method of documentation employed by healthcare providers to record and communicate patient information in a clear, structured, and in an organized manner. This assignment will provide students with the necessary tools to document patient care effectively, enhance their clinical skills, and prepare them for their roles as competent healthcare providers.

Instructions:

SOAP is an acronym that stands for Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan. The episodic SOAP note is to be written using the attached template below.

For all the SOAP note assignments, you will write a SOAP note about one of your patients and use the following acronym:

S =Subjective data: Patient’s Chief Complaint (CC).

O =Objective data: Including client behavior, physical assessment, vital signs, and meds.

A =Assessment: Diagnosis of the patient’s condition. Include differential diagnosis.

P =Plan: Treatment, diagnostic testing, and follow up

Compile research for an annotated bibliography related to clinical practice.

Submit a reference page of 6 articles, which can include the 2 you submitted for the Article Summary assignments. These will be the articles you plan on using in your annotated bibliography

Part2-

Create an annotated bibliography. Your bibliography should be based on the 6 articles compiled in the Module 6 Assignment related to clinical practice and should include:

1. A brief overview of each article, including the research type, major findings, and conclusions following the current APA style for annotated bibliographies.
2. A description of the relevance of each article for clinical practice.
