This week’s journal article was focused on the Complexity of Information Systems Research in the Digital World. Complexity is increasing as new technologies are emerging every day. This complexity impacts human experiences. Organizations are turning to digitally enabled solutions to assist with the emergence of digitalization. 

Please review the article and define the various technologies that are emerging as noted in the article. Note how these emerging technologies are impacting organizations and what organizations can to do to reduce the burden of digitalization.

Be sure to use the UC Library for scholarly research. Google Scholar is also a great source for research. Please be sure that journal articles are peer-reviewed and are published within the last five years.

The paper should meet the following requirements:

3-5 pages in length (not including title page or references)

APA guidelines must be followed. The paper must include a cover page, an introduction, a body with fully developed content, and a conclusion.

A minimum of five peer-reviewed journal articles.

The writing should be clear and concise. Headings should be used to transition thoughts. Don’t forget that the grade also includes the quality of writing.

Jamsa (2013) listed four advantages and two disadvantages of cloud-based database solutions. List each as a Level 1 Heading and explain IN YOUR OWN words, how each affects the success of organizations.

Write an essay discussing sqlmap, an automated tool for sql injection and database takeover in 500 words or more. Why do we need an automated tool for sql injection?

Discussion on data mining with a business problem

In this assignment, submit your topic and references, in APA format of preliminary references.

Discussion posts will include:

  1. Provide the title of the paper (note: you may change the wording in the official title in the final version however, you cannot change the topic once you select one).  the paper is on a business problem you are going to solve with analytics.
  2. Include an introduction on the topic
  3. A minimum of 3-5 references in proper APA format

  1. How do geographically dispersed teams collaborate effectively?
  2. Please find at least three tools on the market that teams can use to collaborate on a geographically dispersed team.  Please note the pros and cons of each tool. 
  3. Based on the research above, note which tool you would select if you were managing the geographically dispersed team and why.

In 300 – 450 words, and using the Jamsa (2013) textbook as your ONLY source, respond to the following:  

Using each as a level 1 heading, list and describe three of the most common forms of virtualization IN YOUR OWN WORDS. Then, choose two you would use in a new business.

Why did you choose these two? Would your choices change if you had a different type of business? Why? Why not?
