In completing your final exam, please be sure that your work follows essay format. Your work should include significant responses that are supported by outside research. ·  Using your knowledge from what you have learned this term, analyze and provide an example of how using evaluation results can improve human performance technology projects.

·  You have learned about non-profit organizations this term and the importance of the business practices. Using what you have learned, analyze the importance of shift to outcome measurement, impact evaluation, and sustainability from an administrative process.

·  You have learned this term that stakeholders play an important role in the success of an organization. Summarize how stakeholder analysis and the development of logic models are related to an evaluation plan.

·  Using what you have learned this term, define and analyze the implications of the five measurement and evaluation plans for the workplace.

·  Using your workplace as an example, select the appropriate measures of reaction, learning, and confidence that might be used in the evaluation process.

 Discuss what talent management is and why it is a consideration addressed by a growing number of employers.

Your discussion is to be submitted in 12-point Times New Roman font using APA format.  You must have a minimum of two sources to support your answer. You must also have a minimum of two intext citation of your sources. This is very important.

Students are required to post their primary response (200 word minimum) by Wednesday midnight. Students will respond to 1 other posting (150 words minimum each) by Wednesday midnight..

This week you learned about the importance of ROI in a business approach to evaluation.  Do a search for organizations that utilize ROI in their business approach. Once you have chosen the organization, analyze the use of ROI and the impact that it has within the organization. In addition, argue the continued need for ROI to be used within the organization. Furthermore, assess how technology has impacted the use of ROI and predict the changes that may occur in the future.

The requirements below must be met for your paper to be accepted and graded:

·  Write at least 4 pages using Microsoft Word in APA style.

·  Use font size 12 and 1” margins.

·  Include cover page and reference page..

·  Use at least three references from outside the course material, one reference must be from EBSCOhost. Text book, lectures, and other materials in the course may be used, but are not counted toward the three reference requirement.

·  Cite all reference material (data, dates, graphs, quotes, paraphrased words, values, etc.) in the paper and list on a reference page in APA style.

Read “The ‘ICE’ Strategy” on Human Resource Management (pp. 8–9) of the PDF in Aetna: Investing In Diversity Case. 

Also review  the attached Exhibits 6 and 7 on pp. 22–23 of the case study to see the link between Aetna’s strategic focus and the diversity outcomes that can result. 

From Exhibit 7, select one of the eight strategic focuses and one of the 10 diversity implications that you feel relates to that focus.

You are required to complete a double spaced, 5-7 page Research Paper using the APA style
of writing. The paper can address any current issue from the field of Management Information Systems. It should have a minimum of 4 references and citations from scholarly journals, industry trade publications, or U.S. Government published resources. The Research Paper is due in Week 8. The Research Paper is worth 200 points or 20% of your grade. The following will be assessed:
