You are to select 1 business that does not already have a Website, and develop an Internet strategy for it. Most large corporations already have Web sites, so you may have to think of something on a smaller scale such as a local bike store. Sole proprietorship businesses that provide services like car repair, house cleaning, tax preparation, and that use the Internet and similar services are also good options. You will also consider and describe how the business that you select can use social media to achieve its objectives. Use the Internet and the library to research and analyze markets and competitors.

Marcus is a health care administrator who recently approved a new youth anti-smoking program at community centers located throughout an urban residential area. When Marcus approved the health program for his health care agency, he was awarded a substantial budget to implement this program for a period of three years. However, Marcus was just informed that his budget has been reduced by 25% and initial brochures and flyers that have already been distributed will need to be revised before the first initial community meeting that will introduce the youth anti-smoking program. How might Marcus address these challenges and how might these barriers impact the implementation of the youth anti-smoking program?

To be wrongfully  terminated is to be fired for an illegal reason, which may involve  violation of federal anti-discrimination laws or a contractual breach. The  legal standards governing termination differ substantially depending on  whether private-sector and nonunion employees or public-sector and  unionized employees are being considered. As the company HR leader, you  are accountable to the organization to ensure that all employee  terminations are initiated and completed while maintaining strict  adherence to current employment laws and EEOC guidelines.

Write a five to six (5-6) page paper in which you:

  1. Address  your understanding of the term constructive discharge (What is it?).  Then, identify factors courts might focus on to determine if a claim of  constructive discharge exists.
