This week’s journal article focuses on attribution theory and how it influences the implementation of innovation technologies.  Two types of employee attributions are noted in the article (intentionality and deceptive intentionality), please review these concepts and answer the following questions:

1. Provide a high-level overview/ summary of the case study
2. Note how constructive intentionality impacts innovation implementations
3. Find another article that adds to the overall findings of the case and note how attribution-based perspective enhances successful innovation implementations.  Please be explicit and detailed in answering this question.

Be sure to use the UC Library for scholarly research. Google Scholar is also a great source for research.  Please be sure that journal articles are peer-reviewed and are published within the last five years.The paper should meet the following requirements:

• 3-5 pages in length (not including title page or references)
• APA guidelines must be followed.  The paper must include a cover page, an introduction, a body with fully developed content, and a conclusion.
• A minimum of five peer-reviewed journal articles.

The writing should be clear and concise.  Headings should be used to transition thoughts.  Don’t forget that the grade also includes the quality of writing.

The control of processes and threads are of deep concern by developers of all operating systems capable of handling “real or emulated” simultaneous computer activity. Threads are typically created by processes (initially invoked by the user or another process). Discuss how an operating system manages these processes and threads, how they are instantiated and discarded, how the activity is controlled, along with the respective advantages and disadvantages of both process and thread. Do not discuss MS Windows OS. Instead you may choose from Linux, UNIX, ROS, z/OS, or VM.

This assignment consists of two parts. 

Part One

Your client is interested in how you will structure the website. Before you begin to write the HTML for your pages, it’s a good practice to create a storyboard that outlines your ideas for colors, font sizes, placement of images, hyperlinks, and sections on each page. Your storyboard and file structure should outline your homepage, inside pages, navigational scheme, and where you plan to add your form. This is a high-level design that you will be adjusting and changing throughout the quarter. You do not need to write this in HTML! In fact, it will save you time if you develop your storyboard in Word, PowerPoint, or Visio first, so you can make adjustments based on feedback.

Part Two

Based on your storyboard, you will begin to create your file structure for your site. It is never a good practice to keep all your files in the same folder.

For example, if you are developing a site that sells clothing for men, women, and children, you might have one folder for all the pages that house men’s clothing, another for women’s clothing, and so on.

You can create this portion in Word, indicating where each of your HTML pages will be located, as shown in Section 2.4: Links in Your Text.

Please use this strategy when you analyze a case:

1. Identify and write the main issues found discussed in the case (who, what, how, where and when (the critical facts in a case).
2. List all indicators (including stated “problems”) that something is not as expected or as desired.
3. Briefly analyze the issue with theories found in your textbook or other academic materials. Decide which ideas, models, and theories seem useful. Apply these conceptual tools to the situation. As new information is revealed, cycle back to sub steps a and b.
4. Identify the areas that need improvement (use theories from your textbook)
   • Specify and prioritize the criteria used to choose action alternatives.
   • Discover or invent feasible action alternatives.
   • Examine the probable consequences of action alternatives.
   • Select a course of action.
   • Design and implementation plan/schedule.

He wants to know if he should be concerned about PCI compliance, as well as HIPAA, and has asked you for a summary so he can decide if he wants to hire an outside consultant to help him comply with government regulations.

   Write a 3- to 4-page summary in Microsoft® Word of the important aspect of PCI and HIPAA regulations to help him make his decision. In your summary:

   • Accurately describe what PCI is and why it is important to a small business.
   • Explain why a small business needs to comply with PCI. Provide at least two reasons.
   • Outline the ramifications of noncompliance to a small business. Provide two examples.
   • Concisely describe who is covered under HIPAA.
   • List the information protected under HIPAA.
   • List the administrative requirements under HIPAA.
   • Cite all sources using APA guidelines.
