Using Rasmussen resources, search engines, textbooks and other sources, review different types of survey designs. In a 1-2 page submission including the following:
- Create a short survey sample that has at least 5 questions or methods for collecting data responses.
- Briefly describe your survey and how it might be used in a Human Service setting.
