In 500 words or more, consider this statement: For cloud computing to become multi-jurisdictional, it must be separated from politics.

Use at least three sources. Use the Research Databases available from the Danforth Library not Google. Include at least 3 quotes from your sources enclosed in quotation marks and cited in-line by reference to your reference list.  Example: “words you copied” (citation) These quotes should be one full sentence not altered or paraphrased. Cite your sources using APA format. Reply to two classmates’ posting in a paragraph of at least five sentences by asking questions, reflecting on your own experience, challenging assumptions, pointing out something new you learned, offering suggestions. These peer responses are not ‘attaboys’.   You should make your initial post by Thursday evening so your classmates have an opportunity to respond before Sunday.at midnight when all three posts are due.

Find one peer reviewed article pertaining to Blockchain and HR. Write a critical review of the article. The review should be at least 4 pages (1000 words) long from introduction through conclusion. Be sure to provide in-text citations when you paraphrase or directly quote from the article. Also include a reference page with an APA style citation of the article. Follow the writing requirements for this course when preparing the paper. Use the following format for the paper:

1. Introduction, including the purpose of your paper and a preview of your paper. Be sure to also provide the article’s title and author(s)’ name(s) in the introduction of your paper.

2. Discuss the purpose and problem the article is addressing.

3. Elaborate on the content of the article.

4. Discuss the findings and conclusion(s) drawn by the article’s author.

5. Discuss the author’s point of view and assumptions. Indicate whether unsubstantiated assumptions were made and whether there is bias that exists in the article.

6. Discuss the significance of the article. Why it is important? On what do you base your assertions?

7. Conclude your paper. Summarize the important aspects of the review.

8. References

Your paper should include 8 centered and bolded headings that correspond to each of the required sections (Introduction, Article’s Purpose and Problem, Content, Article’s Findings and Conclusions, Point of View and Assumptions, Significance, Conclusion, References).

Writing Requirements for all Written Work:

References MUST be cited within your paper in APA format. Your reference page and in-text citations must match 100%. Papers without in-text citations will earn failing grades.

Always include a cover page and reference page with ALL submissions (even initial discussion posts)

Provide the EXACT web link on the reference page citations for all online sources – do not provide just the home page, but the EXACT LINK – I check all sources

No abbreviations, no contractions – write formally

Write in the third person formal voice (no first or second person pronouns)

Use double-spacing / zero point line spacing, a running header, page numbers, and left justify the margins.

A window blind company owner never knew how exactly how much material he needed for any single project. He would estimate the amount and put that figure into Excel. When he estimated too much, it cost him money for materials he didn’t use. When he estimated too little, it delayed the project’s completion because he had to get more material from his supplier. Plus, he used Excel as if it was just a paper chart.

Solution: Worksheet Creation

· Use Excel to create a worksheet for each order as part of a workbook for orders to his suppliers. 

· After all the individual orders are entered in the workbook as worksheets, the new Excel workbook calculates how much material was needed for was needed for the entire group of orders. 

· The worksheet should demonstrate savings for the company in time and money because the owner could order the right amount of material from his suppliers and allocate it correctly to the customers’ jobs.

Risk management is one of the most important components in empowering an organization to achieve its ultimate vision. With proper risk management culture and knowledge, team members will be “speaking” the same language, and they will leverage common analytical abilities to identify and mitigate potential risks as well as exploit opportunities in a timely fashion. In order to consolidate efforts, the existence of an integrated framework is crucial. 

This is why an ERM is necessary to the fulfillment of any organization’s goals and objectives. In your final research project for the course, your task is to write a 7-10 page paper discussing the following concepts:

• Introduction – What is an ERM?
• Why Should an Organization Implement an ERM Application?
• What are some Key Challenges and Solutions to Implementing an ERM?
• What is Important for an Effective ERM?
• Discuss at least one real organization that has been effective with implementing an ERM framework/application.
• Conclusion – Final thoughts/future research/recommendation

The paper needs to be approximately 7-10 pages long, including both a title page and a references page (for a total of 9-12 pages). Be sure to use proper APA formatting and citations to avoid plagiarism

Part 2: Discussion (500 words) & 2 responses

The article on IRB this week discusses broad consent under the revised Common Rule. When you are doing any sort of research you are going to need to have your research plan approved by the University’s institutional review board or IRB. If you have never heard of this term before, please take a look online and find a brief summary of what it is about, before you read the article.  

Please answer the following questions in your main post:

• What are the main issues that the article addresses?
• What is the Common Rule?
• How is this issue related to information systems and digital privacy?
