Develop a Java application that plays a “guess the number” game as described below.
a) Your application first gets a random number in the range 1-1000 inclusive (you might want to use Math.random() or the Random class).
b) The application then displays the following prompt (probably via a JLabel):
I have a number between 1 and 1000. Can you guess my number?
Please enter your first guess.
Post a textbox for the user to enter a number and post a message telling the user to hit ‘Enter’ after entering a guess in a textbox (probably using a JTextField).
c) Input the user’s guess in the code for a previously-registered event-handler method (consider using the event-handling approach discussed in the text, or the actionPerformed() method of class based on the ActionListener interface, which will require some additional research outside the text).
d) For the first guess, color the entire background red, meaning that they are getting warmer (you might want to use the setBackground() method for a container). If this is the second or later guess, and they are further from the correct number than the last guess, then color the entire background blue. If they get the correct number then color the background some other color than red or blue.
e) If the user guessed the number correctly, respond with their number, post a congratulatory message, get a new random number, and display a JButton to start a new game. Otherwise, to help the user close in on the correct number, post a message, with their guessed number, whether they are “TOO HIGH” or “TOO LOW” from the correct number, and whether they are “WARMER” or “COLDER” (this should match the background color). Also report the guess number of the next guess (e.g. “Enter guess number nnn”). You might want to use a concatenated string in JLabel for these incorrect guess messages.
f) The process is repeated each game until the user guesses the correct number. Be sure that you erase obsolete status messages.

• Review Chapter 1 and the videos above describe Porter’s Five  Competitive Forces model. Use the search term “information sharing in a  supply chain” to find 2  peer-reviewed articles from academic journals or an authoritative source  (includes and author knowledgeable on the subject and publish date or  article) about the use of information in supply chains or value chains.
• Write a summary of each article and explain how the use of  information in each article relates to Porter’s Five Competitive Forces  model.
• Discuss how information can be used strategically, based on the example(s) in the articles.
• Your paper should be in APA  v7 format and 3-4 pages, not counting the title page and reference pages.
• Make sure you have in-text citations and a reference page. Since  articles are to be peer-reviewed from academic journals they should  include and author and have a date published. Use the WilmU library to  search for articles. 
• Direct quotes of information should be used minimally in papers this  short. Direct quotes should support the point of view being made in the  paper and should be thoughtful. Papers with large amounts of copied  information or quotes will lose significant points. Read the articles  and write summaries in your own words.

Project Description:

As a nursing student you often need to put together presentations on various health related topics for your courses. You have been asked to prepare a presentation on understanding the warning signs of a heart attack and risk factors for heart disease.

Start PowerPoint. Download and   open the file named Exp19_PPT_Ch03_ML2_Heart.pptx.   Grader has automatically added your last name to the beginning of the   filename. 

On Slide 3 insert a Basic Block   List SmartArt graphic. Type the following list items into the Text pane:
Family   history of heart disease
High   blood pressure
Overweight   or obese
Lack   of exercise
Use   of tobacco products
Diabetes   or other diseases
For   women, use of birth control pills

Select all of the individual   shapes in the SmartArt graphic. Change the shapes to Frame in the Basic   Shapes group. Click Larger in the Shapes group three times to increase the   size of the shape borders. Change the font color to Black, Text 1 for all   shapes. Change the width to 3.8″ for all shapes. 

Start Excel. Open HeartData.xlsx and copy the clustered   column chart. On Slide 4, paste the chart using Paste Special as an embedded   object.

Change the width of the embedded   chart to 9.1“. Change the horizontal position to 1.3” and the vertical position   to 1.9“. 

On Slide 6, insert a two column,   seven row table in the content placeholder. Type the following information   into the table:

You will also create a query to obtain a listing of the animals in each exhibit.
