Journal Article: Strategic Philanthropy

Your submission must include the following information in the following format: 

DEFINITION: a brief definition of the key term followed by the APA reference for the term; this does not count in the word requirement. 

SUMMARY: Summarize the article in your own words- this should be in the 150-word range. Be sure to note the article’s author, note their credentials and why we should put any weight behind his/her opinions, research or findings regarding the key term. 

DISCUSSION: Using 300-words, write a brief discussion, in your own words of how the article relates to the selected chapter Key Term. A discussion is not rehashing what was already stated in the article, but the opportunity for you to add value by sharing your experiences, thoughts and opinions. This is the most important part of the assignment. 

REFERENCES: All references must be listed at the bottom of the submission–in APA format. Be sure to use the headers in your submission to ensure that all aspects of the assignment are completed as required. Any form of plagiarism, including cutting and pasting, will result in zero points for the entire assignment.

Overview: Build an infographic to demonstrate your understanding of the 7 network layers. Instructions: In this assignment, you are being asked to create a visual representation of the 7 Network layers of the OSI model. You can be creative in making your infographic by using graphs and charts in Word; PowerPoint; Piktochart; or Canva. This choice is yours; however, it must include the following: • A description of each of the seven network layers. • The importance of each network layer.

Add arrays to your program to handle more data.

Examples: In the programming tutorial, add a tutorial on working with arrays. Then use arrays to store the answers to multiple questions so that you can compute a total score.

In the DJ program, you can add the ability to handle multiple songs and playlists. The electrical program should handle multiple customer scenarios.

Unit 4.1 Discussion: Critiquing Presentations

After watching the speeches, “First World Problems” and “ How Guinea Pigs Help Autistic Children” in the unit resources, critique the effectiveness of each speaker’s organization and delivery.  

How did the choices made by the speaker impact the level of engagement you had with each speech? 

Some areas to comment on are: an engaging introduction, smooth transitions, credible evidence to support main ideas, concise conclusion with memorable ending, varied tone of voice, eye contact and other body language.

1. Provide your analysis for the following problem statement: You need to write a program that calculates the area and perimeter of a rectangle whose dimensions (Length and width) are provided by a user.
Your analysis should be clearly written and demonstrate your thought process and steps used to analyze the problem. Be sure to include what is the required output? What is the necessary input and how you will obtain the required output from the given input? Also, include your variable names and definitions. Be sure to describe any necessary formulas and sample calculations.

1. Find a peer-reviewed scholarly journal article discussing electronic innovation and the government. Complete a review of the article by writing a 2-3 page overview of the article. This will be a detailed summary of the journal article, including concepts discussed and findings. Additionally, find one other source (it does not have to be a peer-reviewed journal article) that substantiates the findings in the article you are reviewing.
   You should use Google Scholar to find these types of articles.
   Once you find the article, you will read it and write a review of it.  This is considered a research article review.
   Your paper should meet these requirements: 
   • Be approximately four to six pages in length, not including the required cover page and reference page.
   • Follow APA 7 guidelines. Your paper should include an introduction, a body with fully developed content, and a conclusion.
   • Support your answers with the readings from the course and at least two scholarly journal articles to support your positions, claims, and observations, in addition to your textbook. 
   • Be clearly and well-written, concise, and logical, using excellent grammar and style techniques. You are being graded in part on the quality of your writing.
