 Write an Assembly program that will have a data definition for all data type listed in Table 3.2
(No need to use these data in any calculations).
Initialize each variable to a value consistent with the data type.
Make sure you have the following at the top of your Assembly code file. Fill it up accordingly
such as the name of the asm file will be Assignment01.asm

What to submit?
TWO files.
1. Copy your program and paste it to a text editor such as Notepad and save file as .txt file

Select one current IT related online article (2017 sources or later) about a global ethical issue. Note that this assignment is not a general essay about the topic selected, it must be about the current event article that you have selected. In addition, please note that while articles from journals may be of interest, they are ultimately too long and involved for this assignment – it is best to find an article from the World Wide Web from a trade magazine, or other electronic publication.  Provide the source citation that is in compliance with the American Psychological Association (APA) formatting rules, as well as the persistent URL – one that anyone can click on to re-access the original article.

The following elements must be addressed:

• Summarize the whole article by all of its key or salient points. It may help if you use bullets to note the salient points of the article, as you read through it. A summary is desired, not just the “thrust’ of the article.
• Analyze the multi-national and global ethical aspects of the article – what is the impact or what is the importance of the information in the article and what are the ethical issues connected to the situation or event?
• Determine three critically important questions not otherwise included in the article that you would like to address to the author regarding the article – you are not expected to answer the questions!

 This assignment does not have a specific length, as the length depends upon the length of the article that is being summarized, but you want to make sure that you have fulfilled the three requirements listed above. Remember to use headings for each topic criteria. The length of Paper CE is not a factor considered in its grading!

Steps

Here are the Week 2 Lab Instructions

1. Prepare a Word file with the following elements (program code and screenshot) that follows Parts A and B in the instructions.
2. Create a new C++ Console Project in Visual Studio.
3. Write, test, and debug your program.
4. Paste your final program code into the Lab Report Template (Links to an external site.).
5. Paste a screenshot of your working program into the lab report.
6. Zip the folder you created when you created your project in Visual Studio. (Make sure Visual Studio is not open when you attempt to zip the folder).
7. Submit the Word file and the zip file.

Write a Python program to enable a user to perform image processing operations. The program can use a GUI or a command line interface. Allow at least the following operations: brighten/darken, increase contrast, change color to grayscale and edge detection. You may choose to allow other operations, such as crop, resize, etc. Any group may use skimage, covered in the text. You may also use OpenCV, Mahotas, or Pillow.

You may use resources from the APUS Online Library, any library, government library, or any peer-reviewed reference (Wikipedia and any other publicly-reviewed source is not accepted).

The paper must by at least 6-8 pages double-spaced, 1″ margin all around, black, 12 point fonts (Times New Roman, Arial, or Courier) with correct citations of all utilized references/sources, (pictures, graphics, etc are extra – allowed but extra for the minimum page count).

The title page and references are also required but don’t count in the minimum page count.

The PowerPoint of 6-8 slides is a summary of this paper. No new topics, ideas or concepts are introduced in the PowerPoint that is not included in the paper. A minimum of 10 references are needed.

The paper will be subjected to checking against plagiarism.

The required number of pages do not include title or references pages – although these must be included.
