After completing the Audit Plan Worksheet with the risks that you have discovered, answer the three points for the Critique of the worksheet. What are the risks that you determined and placed in the worksheet, what are they going to affect?

What are the control in place (research the Gail Industries Case Study) explain the audit strategy to verify the controls in place are working and are adequate for the job.

Review the controls and note any risks that you can see that are not covered by the control objectives.

1. Imagine this scenario: Pine Valley Furniture’s board of directors is ready to review how to implement and maintain the new WebStore system. 

   Create a 6- to 8-page APA formatted implementation and maintenance plan in Microsoft® Word® for the new WebStore in which you:

   • Recommend an installation strategy (referring to Chapter 13 of “Structuring System Process Requirements” from Modern Systems Analysis and Design) (i.e., direct, parallel, single-location, or phased installation) for Pine Valley Furniture’s student furniture WebStore.

Week 5 – Research Paper Bitcoin Economics

This week’s reading centered around Bitcoin Economics.  For this week’s research paper, search the Internet and explain why some organizations are accepting and other organizations are rejecting the use of Bitcoins as a standard form of currency.  Your paper needs to identify two major companies that have adopted Bitcoin technology as well as one that has refused accepting Bitcoin as a form of currency. Be sure to discuss each organization, how they adopted (or why they won’t adopt) Bitcoin, and what recommendations you have for them to continue to support Bitcoin (or why they should support Bitcoin).Your paper should meet these requirements:

• Be approximately four to six pages in length, not including the required cover page and reference page.
• Follow APA 7 guidelines. Your paper should include an introduction, a body with fully developed content, and a conclusion.
• Support your answers with the readings from the course and at least two scholarly journal articles to support your positions, claims, and observations, in addition to your textbook. The UC Library is a great place to find resources.

An ANOVA is when we want to run a means test on more than 2 groups. However, the same basic structure of the hypothesis testing that we have done remains.

Using the hockey data, test if there is a difference between the true average number of goals scored by the different divisions. Second, test if there is a difference between the actual mean number of goals allowed by teams of different quality (where teams with at least 100 points is the top tier, those with 90-99 are the middle tier, and those with less than 90 make up the bottom tier).

If either of these tests show significance, run a multiple comparisons test among the groups. (Note that this is essentially the two sample testing we just did but with an adjustment to ensure that we don’t have inflated error probabilities.) Use a 0.05 significance level for all tests.

As you do this for your own data set, ensure that at least one of the two problems shows significance and requires pairwise comparisons. Unless impossible to avoid, do not use more than 4 groups — there’s nothing that says you can’t, but it’ll make your report much more tedious. Also note that if you only have 2 groups, that’s a two sample independent mean test and not an ANOVA; we did that last assignment, so ensure that you have at least 3 groups in your analysis.

For your final assessment, you will use your work from the previous four assessments, along with this final piece to produce a cohesive plan for enterprise network optimization. Organize your work logically, as if you would actually present it to senior IT leadership in the organization you selected.

Use the following structure to organize and complete your assessment:

• Title page.
• Executive summary (approximately one page that provides a high-level overview of what is in the document).
• Body of the document:
  • Your network diagram, updated to include the following:
    • Apply basic load-balancing techniques as an effort to ensure network availability.
  • Analyze the technology presented in your diagram (you may use the information you provided in previous assessments, but do not simply cut and paste).
    • Explain your decisions for hardware placement, hardware devices, topology, and overall infrastructure design.
    • Support your analysis with recent, relevant resources.
  • Explain the techniques and strategies for maintaining high availability on the network.
  • Explain your load balancing strategy.
  • Explain how your network design addresses globalization. How can you be sure it will succeed internationally?

  • Include at least six recent, relevant professional references.
  • Format references according to APA guidelines.

Problem statement: what kind of problem is presented by the authors and why this problem is important?

1. Approach & Design: briefly describe the approach designed by the authors
2. Strengths and Weaknesses: list the strengths and weaknesses, in your opinion
3. Evaluation: how did the authors evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme? What kind of workload was designed and used?
4. Conclusion: by your own judgement.
